1. Cumva o persoana cetatean roman isi pierde cetatenia daca accepta cetatenie canadiana sau daca nu mai traieste in Romania?
Cetatenia romana se pierde in conditiile prevazute de lege expres, printre care se afla si renuntarea expresa de exemplu, dar in niciun caz faptul ca un cetatean roman nu mai traieste in Romania. Statul nostru accepta dubla cetatenie fara probleme.
